One-Pot or Shake and Bake is a method for cooking meth. This method of cooking meth creates low quality and small quantities of the drug. Cooks using the method are typically cooking meth for personal use.
When a person suffers from a meth overdose they will experience a rapid onset of physiological deterioration, eventually leading to a heart attack or stroke. Due to the rapid onset, the users death occurs suddenly and unexpectedly.
Methamphetamine is somewhat easy (yet very dangerous!) to make. Unfortunately, some instructions for creating the drug can be found on the internet. It is commonly made with household chemicals and over-the-counter medications.
Here in the United States, some parts of the country are seeing an increase in the number of Hispanic and Native American meth users. However, whites are still the most common meth users.
