The percentage of Caucasian clients with meth as their primary problem decreased steadily from 61.4 percent in State Fiscal Year 2000-2001 to 55.1 percent in State Fiscal Year 2004-2005. Further, the percent of Hispanic clients with a primary meth addiction problem increased steadily from 26 percent in State Fiscal Year 2000-2001 to 35.7 percent in State Fiscal Year 2004-2005.
