The Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs collects client data from all publicly monitored treatment providers in California. The percent of individual clients under 21 years old admitted with a primary meth problem increased from 15.8 percent of admissions in State Fiscal Year 2000-2001 to 24.7 percent in State Fiscal Year 2004-2005.
