Habitual meth abuse will lead to addictiona chronic problem characterized by compulsive drug seeking and use, which is accompanied by chemical and molecular changes in the users brain.
High-intensity meth users are the addicts often called speed freaks. Their primary goal is to prevent their inevitable crash (coming down from a methamphetamine high). Crystal meth is damaging to many areas of the body -- including the brain, kidneys and liver -- but the heart damage can be extensive.
